Terms of service

What the service does

Trade Admin helps you run the admin of your business: it drafts quotes from your messages and voice notes, turns them into invoices, tracks payments you record, drafts reminders and sends a weekly summary. Drafts are written with AI and can contain mistakes.

You stay in charge

• Check every quote, invoice and message before you send it. Nothing goes to a client until you approve it, and you are responsible for what you send.
• Prices, tax, payment terms and bank details on your documents are yours to get right. Trade Admin doesn't give tax, legal or financial advice.
• Your clients pay you directly by EFT or cash. Trade Admin doesn't hold, move or collect money for you.

Your account

• Keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• Give accurate business details. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.
• You may only add clients' details that you are allowed to use for your work with them, and you are responsible to them for how you use those details.

Fair use

Don't use Trade Admin to send spam or anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, to get around its limits, or to disrupt or probe it. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where we reasonably can.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is free. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel, and each plan's monthly limits are shown on the billing page.
• Paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record: they take the payment, handle sales tax, and appear on your statement. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase.
• You can cancel any time from the billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your data stays.
• Refunds are covered in our refund policy. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

Your data

Your business data and your clients' details are yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as set out in our privacy policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the account page.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Trade Admin running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or error-free. We may change or stop features; if a change takes away something you pay for, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of the period. We'll tell you by email before changing these terms in a way that matters to you.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or a lost job, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Trade Admin and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
